I got back down to my 174--with a 7 lb loss for February
I'm taking it now instead of tomorrow! Going to Columbia restaurant for lunch and menu includes salad and fish--but no yellow rice or flan for me--so wish me luck

I just restarted so I have the initial big drop, 14 pounds down and 5 more days until phase2....I can't wait for a slice of whole wheat pizza!!!
I was shooting for 10 and lost 14 in February.

It's TOM, which doesn't help, but neither does the three servings of starches I ate yesterday.

Oy! I'm actually up a pound, though I believe that's not an accurate weight. I only got four hours of sleep and between that and TOM, I figure it's a little elevated.
Next month will be SO much better. I'm giving up extra starches for Lent...if the fear of God doesn't help me, what will?

I posted such a down message yesterday but today weighed in at 154, so I lost 4 of the 8 pounds I wanted to lose... Even though I flubbed my diet quite a few times, I think it's the exercise that did it for me (cause I made my exercise goal)
6 lbs!! From a whopping 215 (still carrying some of the 13 lbs I put on over the holidays) to 209.
I just updated my numbers. It seems that I have gotten rid of some water weight today. So I'll say I only lost two pounds this month. This water retention is really getting me even though I try to watch my sodium. I need to drink more water and exercise more. Corrected my ticker again today.

You can out me down for 1.5 lost...almost made my goal then reverted back to old bad habits...
well I'm still working with hitting enough calories so it looks about 3lbs. I've been hovering at 127/127.5; I cannot wait to finally see 126...
I am down 3 pounds. Definitely not the 8 I was going for - but I guess I should be happy it is something.
