  • I haven't seen one of these threads for a long while. Everyone just weigh in on your regular weigh in day! I thought I'd really try and get us movin' for March!!!

    Today 158, but my real weigh in is Friday. This past Friday was at 161.5, so we'll see. Nothing's final till then I suppose.

    *sigh* i suppose i had better jump on the scales. i haven't for about 2 weeks Ok, Saturday will be my weigh in day. 4 days to work my butt off
  • Stupid parties (pizza party and chinese new year themed cooking party) where you can't escape the food. Looks like I'm up a 1 lb this week, to 161. OK, time to get back on track (on the plus side, my cardio time and intensity are up too... so I must be doing some good!)
  • I weighed in last Friday at 189 - which is good for me!
  • 137 this am... want to be 134 by next mon!!
  • I get weighed everyday so I suppose I'll post on Mondays.

  • my 'official' weight day is sunday. was 132 currently 132lbs
    must lose 3lbs for nxt sunday
  • I am excited to say 192 - whoo hoo!!! so I hope that by my official weigh in at the end of the week it is 190 - if only because that would make my weightloss for the month real! (since it didn't bunge from 197 till last week!)
  • I weigh on saturday and last saturday I weighed in at 158 ...only a 1 pound loss but It was my TOM....hopefully I will get back on track and lose 2 pounds this week!
  • I think I will set my weigh in for monday mornings. That way I have to be good on the weekends. Currently 212.
  • Weighed myself yesterday, and I came in at 220-- that's a 10 pound loss since I started my diet on Feb. 6, so I'm pretty pleased.

    monday (my official weigh in day), i weighed in at 145.6 which was like two pounds above my goal
    i am hoping for this week to weigh in around 142.5, which is my weekly goal. we'll see how that goes!
  • I was up 1.5lbs this morning.... however, it's TOM, and I know I've been bad to myself this past week, and no I won't change my ticker!! . I've started off on the right foot for this week already, and I know I can keep it up!
  • 174.8 this morning.
