Hmmm, yes my schedule is pretty jammed right now, I know there are some nurses on here who can relate to the "gotta study all the time" mode. (My poor house! Thank goodness spring break is coming soon. I am afraid the dust bunnies are going to stage a revolution and take over if I don't so something soon!

Anyway, I was thinking today (scary, huh?) I could definitley up my cardio when I am at the gym, and I think I could squeeze in a couple more workouts? I have been looking forward to the nicer weather so I can get outside more, that may be a way to get some more exercise in too.
I am really feeling the extra protien this week, I have started mixing an unflavored whey powder in my morning yogurt or oatmeal. My breakfast stays with me longer and my energy seems to be up. I got a smoothie maker for Christmas, I may need to break it out of the box soon
