New here!

  • Hi all! I am new to the board (just found it today). I am finding gobs and gobs of useful info here so you will probably see me around a lot! I have been on and off of WW for the last 2 years. I have lost about 30 pounds total. My short term goal is 180 and my long term goal is 160. I have been at a plateau for a couple of months and I am going to try the "Wendy Plan" effective today. Looking forward to getting to know everyone here!
  • hi there , yes it is hard, when you do all the right stuff and the weight is not coming off, some time I think that it may be that we have one time in our life , been that weight for a time ,then the body keeps at it for a time .
    but if we keep trying one day with a bit of luck it will come down and that will be a happy day, good luck to you Jackie o
  • Every time I have an off day (i eat too many points), I call it my high point day on the Wendie plan Of course, that gives me 3 high point days per week... Which doesn't exactly work! Welcome and good luck!!
