So, Girl Scout cookies are in, and I swear to you they are of the DEVIL!!! I don't know what makes them so good. Maybe it's the fact that they are only around for a short amount of time. I hate them.....because I love them so!
I bought 4 boxes this year (much better than years past), but I'm going to have to seriously stay on top of me being accountable to myself. I also know that my dh finds the addicting to, so he asked me to hide them. My goal right now is to bag them up into serving sizes and allow myself one bag each day. Most of the servings are only 130 calories or less, so it won't kill my daily intake.
How do you all deal with foods you love but can end up being bad for you? Do you simply keep them out of the house? Do you allow yourself treats on special occasions? What do you do?

That is the only way to deal w/them.
