I bought a bag of steel cut oats, and am wondering, how do YOU make yours wonderful?

nicole, i don't know if this is helpful or not but you might try some of the recipes listed on desserts as well as breakfasts. i'm not familiar with steel cut. i use regular oatmeal. i remember a long discussion several months ago about the differences in oats, but i don't remember what the differences are. (not much help, am i? sorry.)
