Hi!
I was back at the gym on saturday for a small amount of time since about 2 months!
and I have to say I was bored, just because Im lazy.
I was wondering if you guys could help me with a problem that I have, my thighs, legs are really big, like the tops are like bigger than my waist.
I cycle everyday, sometimes 1hr somethimes 30mins, but that is traveling, part of my eveyday and doesnt count as exersize, but could this be contributing the my problem?
I was also thinking of 'learning' to run with a couch to 5k program, is that benificial or just hurting my journey?
Does anyone have any knowledge of how I can smin down my legs eps the tops as I carry so much weight on them?
