Then we went out for lunch at Wendy's and I took my trusty sidekick of my calorie counter, I had chicken nuggets (they were acutally lower in calories than I would have thought!), side salad and diet pop (and blah I hate diet pop
). Believe me I really wanted the Big Bacon Classic and fries!I am just happy with myself today I felt like I really acomplished something and stuck to my plan! It is not much but I thought I would share anyways
