  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim, splenda, and 1/2 cup homemade chunky applesauce cooked in

    Lunch: Soft boiled eggs with multi-grain toast (points)

    Dinner: Huge salad and ultra thin crust veggie pizza (PMS craving)
  • Breakfast: steel cut oatmeal with raisins and about 6 macadamia nuts -drizzled lightly with maple syrup
    snack: an apple
    lunch: green salad with grilled chicken and fennel vinaigrette
    snack: triple berry smoothie
    dinner: I'm thinking curried meatballs served over chopped spinach with apricot chutney, broccoli salad, roasted root veggies
    snack: popcorn drizzled with flaxseed oil & melted butter
