  • I lost 7 pounds this week... have worked my butt off for it. I have gone to the gym faithfully for the last week, i have eaten only healthy foods. I have drank half an ocean in water... and not eaten after 7 pm each evening... This is the first time i have really stuck with it long enough to see results. My hubby says tha he can see it in my face...I think he is fibbing but who really cares! WOOOHOOOO!

  • WOW! I've heard a pound a week, but a POUND A DAY?! That's incredible! You should be so, SO proud of yourself! I really hope you do something to spoil yourself... like away-too-long nail procedure, or putting yourself together PERFECTLY for a night on the town! You've certianly earned it, honey!
  • And to Losingitin06, I think that volume of weight loss depends on how much you have to lose. If you are only 20 pounds overweight, yes, 7 pounds in a week would definitely be too much to be considered healhty. But our Missprincess in very much on the way to fabulousness, and 7 pounds seems perfectly reasonable-- actually, totally inspiring!-- for her. She's working hard, and doing great. And I commend her for it!
  • 7# is quite a bit for the first week... and that's really motivating ... BUT don't be discouraged that if after this week you weight loss slows down to 2#/week... which is an EXCELLENT loss... Keep it up, and keep us posted..
  • Wow!!! 3,500 calories burned in a day! I've gotta ask...what's your secret??! We've got about the same weight to loose, and it seems like all I can manage to burn is an extra 500 calories at the gym and about 500-1000 calories from a reduced diet, so I'm only loosing 2-3 pounds a week. I would love love love, just one week, to show a great weight loss like that one!
