Hi everyone I'm new here. I'm Lynne ,aka hello kitty. I'm married and have two kids that are grown. I'm a postmaster relief in my little town in Iowa. I'm atype two diabetic and I hope to learn a lot from this forum.

I am a type2 also and I have found alot of support and good advice. I think you will like it here.

Welcome! I am new as of yesterday too. I am so glad I found this site. My DH is also a type 2 diabetic. I have to keep after him as he likes to go all day with out eating and wants to eat all night. I think that is how he got the diabetes.

Hello, I'm Sarah. I'm 25 yrs old, single, and live in Florida with my parents. I love cats, I have a nice calico shorthair kitty, she's about 7 months old, she's cute and can be hyper sometimes. I alos have a cockatiel, a sweet little birdie. I am worreid about my cat going after my bird, she has made several attemtps, got to keep her out of the bird's room. My cockatiel is named Precious, she's like her name, pretty and yellow and sweet.

My hobbies are drawing, painting, doing embroidery, writing stories and poems, reading, playing advneture computer games and exploring the 'net. I also like to watch good movies. I'm a Christian. I have a mental illness, depression, which I take medicine for, and sometimes my meds can cause me to gain weight.
