A little bit about me:
I was a skinny kid, but somewhere along the way I just never stopped growing
. At my thinnest I was 130-ish for 5'4, but then again, I was 13. Still, I probably had another 10lbs I could have lost. But I looked hot!I hit my highest weight at 230 in November. I had a baby in June. I had actually been able to lose all the baby weight thanks to breastfeeding, but once I stopped doing that, I ballooned up and gained 15lbs. NOT COOL.
So I invested in a nutritionist, bc clearly I have no clue how to eat healthy, and in a trainer, bc I have no willpower. Expensive, but SOOOOO worth it.
I started on December 2nd 2005 and I have lost 20lbs so far. Thats about a pound a week. Its slow, and its going to take me a looong time to lose the wieght, but I've made my peace with that.
