Exercise - Personal Goal

  • Hello everyone, Happy Hump Day Bka Wednesday.

    Exercise Schedule for week February 20 - February 26.

    Monday 2/20 - WATP/4miles - 10 minutes of Taebo for ABS
    Tuesday 2/21 - WATP/4miles - 10 minutes of Taebo for ABS

    My goal for the week is to walk at least 20 miles. Anyone interested in participating with their exercise goals are WELCOME!

    Good morning,

    Lastnight I did "Walk & Jog" and "Walk & Kick". I believe the Walk & Jog is 2.5 miles and Walk & kick, I'm not sure.

    Update on last weeks exercise goal.

    Monday 2/20 - WATP/4miles - 10 minutes of Taebo for ABS
    Tuesday 2/21 - WATP/4miles - 10 minutes of Taebo for ABS
    Wednesday 2/22 - WATP/2.5 miles - "Walk and Jog" & "Walk and Kick" (don't know mileage on Walk & Kick)
    Thursday 2/23 - WATP/4 miles
    Friday 2/24 - WATP/4 miles
    Saturday 2/25 - WATP/4miles
    Sunday 2/26 - WATP/4 miles & 10 mins of Taebo -- Basic Training

    Total mileage 26.5 miles , my goal was 20 miles...

    Mind if I post my exercise goals too? I'm going to make my goal from today, 2/27, until Saturday 3/4. The goal is to have 12 miles walked by then. If I've calculated right that is 2 miles a day.
