Hi all I am a 28yo mother of 3 full time student and wife. I would had a baby 13 months ago and I just keep packing on the lbs. I would like to lose between 65-75lbs. I just dont know where to start. The weight came over time. 5lbs here 10 lbs there over a years time or months, until I looked up one day and realized that I was WAY bigger then I had thought I was. I am 5 feet 1 inch tall. I can no longer deal with the lie of "I hold my weight well" because that is no longer the truth. I am here to learn from you all to find a healthy and life long change that will allow me to be a healther person again.
