Girls With Goals - Spring Challenge

  • K ladies spring is one month away and what exactly are we going to do about it!!
    My plan is to get my arse back on the wagon start to eat heathily again and exercise at the very least 4.5 hours per week ! For this challenge I am going to set a goal weight of 152 If I can stick to the plan and get moving I shouldnt have any problems! Its just this hand and mouth disease I seem to have acquired UGGGGHH Oh and my weight is up from last week due to the disease but the mew scale works beautifully and I have it hidden from the dog LOL HUGGGGSS Good luck on our first week !!!!!!!!!

  • Ok- so my spring challenge goals are to drink 80-100 ounces of water a day, cut my calories to 1,348 a day or less (but no less than 1500 of course) and exercise for at least 210 hours a week (Mondays to Sundays). Oh yeah and the end result should also be a weight loss of 10 pounds

    So last night I got in 30 minutes of aerobics and today I have had 32 ounces of water. Here is my new Spring challenge weight tracker!

  • Hey ladies well I gained back 3 pounds but I am not upset TOM is in town and I know what that can do to us. Well my goal for the challenge is to lose 9 pounds and start out with 100 min of exercise each week. Bring on the spring I am ready.

    64 oz of water a day
    300 minutes of exercise a week
    1200 cals a day (and no less)
    To post whether or not ive been *perfect*
    5% loss as a minimum (7.25lbs)

  • Hello ladies I decided to get my act together also. I have loss 0.8 pounds but I know I need to lose at least 1.5 pounds to 2 pounds a week. I weigh 199 pounds and I need to be at least 189.8 pounds so I have my work cut out for me. So come on ladies we are going to do what we said.
  • Well its the middle of the week and I am almost at my exercise goal I am currently at 3.5 hours so I should go over goal whichis fine because when I set it that is my minimum! Food could be better and water has been great!! Weekends coming look out!!! HUGGGGGS Cya Tuesday !!!
  • Uggg! My crazy-busy life is getting in the way of my exercise lately quite a bit. I got in a good 30 minutes Monday night, but I have had late meetings Tues, Wed and tonight I have one until 8:00. Sheesh- I guess I need to get my tooshie up in the A.M. and do my workouts, huh? Anyway- food is going very well-durn near angelic even, water could be MUCH better, exercise is non-existent unless you consider emailing an indoor sport. Hugs for the weekend and may we all be leaner come Tuesday!

    Hi everyone, I'm just checking in to the new challenge. I am still at 233. I have'nt reweighed myself. I'm going to weigh myself tomorrow. Hoping to see atleast a 1lb loss, for my eating this last week was not good. I have managed to overcome my cravings during my TOM, but last week was almost unbearable. I didn't eat chocolate like I would of normally, but I munched alot which I tried not to because I don't want to regain what I have lost.


    My goal for spring fling is to comsume 32-48oz of water daily ( this has been hard), and to go to curves 2x/wk along w/personal training sessions(I've kept up with this faithfully). This will give me 180minutes/wk.

    My wt goal is to finally see 225. I don't want to stretch my goal to far ahead of me, but far enough for me to stretch ahead to reach.
