  • Monday, 70 minutes of cardio: 20 on , 10 on , and 15 on EFX machine. The rest on lower body wt machines.
  • Monday - 1 hr water aerobics.
  • Tuesday- 1 hour water aerobics and 20 minutes on the eliptical. Boy do I feel wobbly right now!! time for lunch...
  • Monday-- 34 minutes lower body on the TBT.

    Tuesday-- 26 minutes upper body on the TBT.
  • Tuesday

    15 minutes elliptical
    15 minutes X-Box Yourself Fitness Workout

  • Tuesday P M-- Walked 1 mile with my Buddy.

    Wednesday-- Walked 3 miles with my Buddy.
  • Thursday: Walked in the office park with Laura while Tom jogged. We did not get much in, but it was better than nothing.
  • Wednesday, 60 minutes at the gym. 20 cardio and the rest weights.

    Thursday, 15 minutes of and 2 sets of wall squats

    Friday, 16 minutes on and 2 sets of wall squats.
