Yesterday was a good day for my walk to fitness
- I met my walking target

and used the exercise bike for 45 mins which helped me deal with the day's annoyances. I'm trying to find what I've done with my rebounder. I haven't seen it for a couple of years - how on earth can you lose something that large??
- The food was unexpectedly okay in the end. Brekkie was porridge with fruit, seeds and a couple of crushed brazil nuts, lunch slipped my mind until gone 4pm so I just had loads of fruit. Dinner was AWT's spicy chicken (not great but okay) which I had with bulgar wheat, mixed salad leaves and a butterbean /tomato /red onion kind of salsa creation of my own (with chopped green chilli, fresh coriander, lime juice and garlic in it for flavour) - I just mixed it all together in a saucepan and warmed it through - it was VERY nice. Next time I might give the chicken a miss and just stick with a double helping of the butterbean creation!

Supper was more fruit and a glass of milk. No problem with my fruit and veggie levels.
I think I'm going to add to my accountability goals and add in having sufficient fluids. I read recently that any fluids are okay as long as they don't contain alcohol or caffeine - I'm not a great one for drinking lots but I'll start with attempting 1.5 litres a day.
