Just wanted to say hello - I have been viewing this site for some time now. There always seems to be lots of great information and advice.
I am starting the Sonoma diet tomorrow (and so will my husband - although he doesn't realize it!!).
In reading the previous posts I have also wondered about skipping wave 1 as I don't have sugar cravings - but I think I will do it for 5 or 6 days anyways - then add fruit back in....
Looking forward to getting started!
