2700 calories burned! OMG!

    OH went for a ride today (he cycles) and went for about 2.5 hrs and according to my calculations he burnt 2300 calories! how huge is that?!

    question i have is if he burnt this much in one day, should he intake 2300 calories or more today? or would it be ok for him to remain on his daily intake?

    i have only just gotten him on board with calorie counting (i do the math, not him ) and felt that he should be intaking about 2000 calories per day with light exercise through the week. his cycling is a once or twice a week event due to the time factor involved.

    might go and do the math again.
