Is there anything unlimited besides water on P1 ?

  • This is my first day of P1 and I've had all my meals and snacks and WATER for the day and its 8:30pm I always get hungry right before I get to go to bed. Can I have some lettuce or something without messing up anything?
  • At the end of the day or even between meals/snacks you can have stuff like lettuce, sugar free jello, chunk of cheese, chicken/beef boullion works good, or any zero carb, real low carb/low fat snack should be ok. As long as you don't have a pig fest. Or try fiber pills, they fill you up and are safe to take daily! *my preference is :Fiber choice chewable tablets.. Daughter and I lost 10 pounds each on phase one.

  • Raw veggies and hummus are very satisfying.
  • I'm so glad to know this because I cheat if I get hungry, and I really want to do well with this.
