hello everyone.....i am new to the group......i have one question i am hoping that someone will be able to help me......I was wondering how do i join one of the chat rooms......i wanted to join the walking group.... anyways i think it is wonderful to have support of other while trying to loose weight........i am trying to loose 35 pounds(all of which i have gained after i became pregnant with my son) that was 2 years ago.....I have started walking about 2 weeks ago...and ever since i have started walking it seems like i have more energy now.....anyways i need some tips on what else i can to beside walking to loose weight
