Questions questions questions

  • Has WW helped yall? Is it possible to do it without going to any kind of meetings? (just cant afford that right now) Is it hard to understand, the points etc...?
  • I started out at 180 lbs and now weigh about 105 and I did it all with the weight watchers plan, however I only attending the first meeting to get my questions answered and get the tools I needed. I never went back. I will warn you though that it really takes ALOT of will power to do it that way. I know a few other gals that have done it this way as well and have lost weight. It can be done, it just takes commitment.
  • I loved WW and had great success with it. I lost almost 80 lbs on it 5 years ago and then wouldn't you know it got pregnant with my daughter and gained most of it back. I have just rejoined WW as of yesterday. I don't know how hard it would be without going to the meeting because I have always attended them. I needed the accountability of the weigh in every week.

Last night they explained that there are now 2 different kind of plans that WW has - core and flex. I personally enjoy the flex plan with the points, mainly beacuse that is what I did years ago and it worked really well for me and that is what I am comfortable with, but if you think the points may be hard to understand the core plan may be best suited for you. I don't know much about that one so I can't help you too much there - sorry.

Good luck to you on your weight loss journey.
