what is GOOD bread?

    Still on P1 but I was wondering...any suggestions on GOOD bread, the kind that we can eat occaisionally? I read labels and it says whole wheat but now I hear that whole wheat isn't really always whole wheat...it's so confusing! I'm doing so well, I want to keep this up!

    just for the record, I meant GOOD bread for when I'm on P2...not now!

    I really like Ezekiel Sesame bread, it's a sprouted grain bread. I get it at Trader Joe's (love that store) but I've seen iot other places. i was nervous to try it because it seemed "too whole grain" but I was pleasantly suprised.

    I love it toasted with a slice of avocado, tomato and vidalio onion.
