I lost a bunch of weight 2 years ago, and I did use Diet Coke. I am wondering if there is anyone out there who has a good healthy diet, but gave up Diet Coke and saw a change. If so, did it affect your cravings? I am trying to give up unnatural foods, but Diet Coke (any diet soda) is the hardest thing for me.
Any pointers?
