Happy Valentine's day (and unhappy weigh in day!)
I have put on 2lbs according to the scale due to losing focus and not controlling what I eat quite as rigorously (I think some might be water so will let my tracker 'lie' til next week)
Does anyone want to start wave 1 again with me tomorrow for a bit of motivation? I need to focus on all the good things about the diet and non scale victories.

So for the next 4 days I just have to tough it out and will stay on wave 1 a little longer if need be to beat these cravings.
I read somewhere that according to the author, artificial sweeteners make your sugar cravings even worse.
