Hey...here's one I came up with thru trial and error, it's delicous!
1/2 C low-fat plain yogurt or frozen yogurt
1/2 C 1% milk
1 C fruit
1 banana
1 Tbs. honey
2 ice cubes
Blend ingredients together until smooth, about 2 min. For variety, try differant fresh and no-sugar canned fruits in your smoothies.
