not a great menu today was it..
  • SeptembersGoal - I am using the following recipe for taco soup.

    1 can kidney beans
    1 can pinto beans
    1 can diced tomotoes
    1 can corn
    1 packet taco seasoning
    diced chicken

I mix all together and let cook in the crockpot over night. I eat this several times a week. It is very good.
  • That's my very favorite soup! It is SO good! Do you have Ro-tel tomatoes where you live?
  • Mary Ann, thanks for sharing, that sounds great.
  • Probiotic yogurt has live bacterial cultures in it which is supposed to be SUPER GOOD for you - instead of regular yogurt. (there is now a brand which contains omega 3 too).

It is regular flavored/sweetened yogurt - very yummy - just has the added benefit of the live cultures.

You might find it if you look around in the yogurt section?
