Scrumptious Saturday Menu, February 11, 2006

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim, splenda, and fresh blueberries

    Lunch: LO Chicken Tuscana Pasta

    Snack: Banana

    Dinner: Mixed baby greens salad (tomato, mushroom, FF honey dijon), Core Cornmeal Chicken, oven fries (points because I ate pasta at lunch)

    Snack: Crustless pumpkin pie and FF Cool Whip

    lunch: burger with carrots and celery and condiments
    dinner: salad and slice pizza (pts.) small slice oatmeal bake
    snacks; apple, popcorn, diet cocoa

    we're expecting snow here and somehow that always sets up my appetite.
    I'm promising myself to think before I eat.
