Wanted:F Exercise Buddy, Swimsuit Season Just Around the Corner

  • I've been so inspired by all I've read here on 3FC. I'm hoping I can find a great workout buddy or buddies . I'm 25 and although I have worked hard to eat healthy and exercise about 2 days/week I find it hard to keep motivated. I'm ok with my weight but would like to exercise more and have a physique ready for shorts and swimsuit season. I'm hoping to tone up and feel great about my body. I need encouragement and support and people to be accountable to.

    I need to get working out more too. I had lost 20 lbs. a while back, suffered some depression and gained it all back in the last 6 months! I need to get back on the exercise bandwagon too. I like to eat, so I need to get moving so I can enjoy the treats without the guilt!

    What kind of plan do you want to follow? I want to work out 5-6x a week. I already do 2 days of martial arts training, but I need to up my cardio and start some strength training. I'm thinking 2 days cardio, 2 days light cardio to warm up and then do strength training. I have tapes and some weights, but when the weather gets nice (I live in Nebraska) I like to walk and bike.
