Wednesday night it was beer and chinese, and last night it was beer, beer, and more beer. Then I came home and ate a ton of chicken wings and mashed potatoes. The beer was light, but I'm sure I still consumed a TON of calories anyway.
Today I'm only going to eat around 1200 calories. But the thing is, I've also slacked on exercise for several days. I'm so hungover I don't even have the energy to exercise today, though I am still sticking to the 1200 calories. How should I get back on track? Am I completely sabotaging myself in my diet and exercise efforts? There's going to be this party (not this weekend, but next) and there's gonna be a lot of guys there. Particularly this one I'm crushing on at the moment.. I want to look the best I can (ie, the best I can look after a week of rigidly following my diet and exercise schedule.) What suggestions does everyone have? Help. Pleaaaaase!
