Hello everyone, I've been on this site for about a week now but this is my first post so I want to introduce myself. I'm a 26 year old woman with 100lbs to lose and trying to find the best way to do it with support while staying motivated. What I've found out about myself is that I gain weight very easily but it takes a lot for me to lose even the smallest amount of weight. Also, I had a breast reduction a few years ago and since then my weight distribution and weight composition has completely changed.
I've recently done some pilates and yoga to reduce stress, but want to know if anyone knows of any good resources for yoga for larger bodies? If anyone has any helpful hints on selecting a plan it would be greatly appreciated.

There are several people at this forum that take yoga classes--one even teaches a yoga class for larger people. Also, I think there was a discussion about this on the Exercise forum that you might want to check out.
