  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim, splenda, and fresh blueberries

    Lunch: Cheerios with skim and splenda

    Snack: Edamame

    Dinner: Mixed greens salad (lettuce, tomato, and FF honey dijon), Core Cola Chicken, Oven Fries, fresh green beans

    Snack: Crustless Pumpkin Pie with FF cool whip

    l: smart ones meal (its 4 points, but it is turkey and green beans, so it's practically core) and a salad
    s: fruit cup or applesauce
    d: going to Texas Roadhouse, will probably have steak, potato, and green beans
  • Today I am having the following:
    (If this sounds familiar, I scotched the meatloaf yesterday and had KFC chicken breast without the skin which I am delighted to say is Core!)

    breakfast: oatmeal w/ffmilk and blueberries
    lunch: tuna on lite Eng. muffin 1pt.
    snack: delicious apple
    snack: delicious banana--eaten 1/2 at a time
    dinner : meatloaf and potato and spinach
    snack: popcorn if I start "hunting"

    I think I may be dizzy because I bet I have a sinus infection--I'll see how this plays out or I'll head to the doctor tomorrow.

    I weighed myself this morning and I'm down another pound. Core does work for me when I work it!

  • A confessional correction:
    for lunch I had a chicken sandwich (breaded!) and some pasta veggie side dish thing. The microwave died here and I couldn't make my smart one!
