All the information is posted below under the Low Carb threads, Weight Watcher's area. There are several threads that explain the Right Mix, including the quiz and the plan. We also have a recipe thread, daily menus, etc. See ya there!

I moved all the information to the top of the threads - "Eating From the Right Mix", "Finding Your Right Mix" and "Weight Watcher's Protein Plan Guidelines and Hints".
