Hi. Looks like several of us can use a little shaking up to get back our old habits that were so good. If you'd like to join in, great. Let me start by pulling myself up by my bootstraps.
For this week I promise to do yoga or get on my treadmill every day.
I promise to drink all my water.

I'll drink all my water, track all my WPA's (and stop when they're gone!), and get back on the treadmill at least two times before my weigh in next Monday.
OK, I'm going to get back on core, including counting wpas and tracking what I'm eating!
I'm not going to make an exercise goal since I'm still feeling quite sick. I guess my goal is to get back to it as soon as I feel up to it!
Is it too late to join,,,now that Im feeling better Id like to get back to volleyball twice a week and start walking 2 nights a week. Im getting myself a water bottle again,,,thats the only way I can get my water in...
