Currently I'm doing Core and I really like it. I lift weights 2 mornings a week with a trainer, and I do between 20-25 min on the elliptical machine at the gym. I also do a one hour kickboxing class 2 nights a week. I'm in a good place to keep moving forward with all this. What I can't handle is wondering how someone else's scale is going to read every Tuesday.
So do I need to do anything special to start? My starting weight at WW was 238.4. Scale at home (naked weight LOL) read 204; WW had me at 208.4 for a loss of .2 pounds from last week. Should I just take my starting weight from WW and my home weight from this morning and go from there? Any advice/info will be appreciated.
