1 pack of fat free cream cheese
4 table spoon of light Alfredo sauce
1 pack of frozen spinach
1 can of artichoke
½ cup of low fat mozzarella cheese
Garlic and green onions as desired.
Defrost and drain the spinach
Drain and chop the artichoke
Mix all ingredients together
Bake in oven on 350 degrees for approx 15 min.
Serve with chips, or in a sandwich.
