    Yay!!! I've lost 4 pounds! It ain't much, but it's a start. I've been a bit sick, but I will let my commitment to lose this weight take all the credit (even if it really wasn't to blame ) Just trying to keep a positive attitude. I'm determined to lose, once and fo all, lose this weight and keep it off!!!!!
