I can't believe some of the same people are posting
I haven't really lost any weight but haven't gained any either. I have lost some inches and still exercise.
Do we still count our points as 1 point for every 20 mins ?

Great that you are still exercising - that is probably the key to maintaining, don't you think? Anyway, we still count around 20 minutes as 1 mile. I think I'm the only one keeping track at this point though. Join me!
