Okay, anyone in? I am going to set a weekly behavior that I need to improve upon. Each evening/morning/whenever I am going to post how I did on that goal. I need some accountability and think that some friendly peer pressure could help. My goal for this week is to cut out after dinner eating. Even if it is a planned snack, I seem to let it get out of control. So- join me if you wish! Think about what you want to improve- drinking water, trying a new recipe, exercising a certain munber of days a week.........

Mon Done! This is harder than I thought.
Tues Last night was hard, but I did it!! 3 for 3, baby!!
Wed Blew it tonight- not too destructive, but I want perfection!
Th Perfect evening.....
Fri Not good.......
Sat Freaking disastrous!!!
4 for 7 this week....... need to do better!!!

Instead of that, try doing Phase 1 this week proactively...I know one of our big success stories in here (Penny) got to goal by doing just that before any time that she knew would involve eating off plan. Hope that helps!
