UGH!!! Well my WI was just horrible horrible horrible!! I have dont' awful this week, I ate out WAY too many times!!! I am up 3lbs! Can you believe that ?!? Yeah I can!!
So how did everyone else do?!?! Hopefully much better than I did!


I am hoping it is water...and too much salt for me this week! My mini goal is to be back down 2# by weigh in next Sunday.
!!! I am doing much better with my eating - back to every 3 hours. That really makes a difference for me. Now, I need to get back to exercising. I still haven't bought a pedometer - my sister said I could borrow hers but I won't see her until Wednesday.
