I hope this is the right place to put this and I hope no one minds me starting it for this week.
Okay, so I have lost 2 pounds this week and a total of 5 pounds since starting back dieting and excersizing.
For my measure in... I didn't take measurements starting in January. But when i did take them back in september I was weighing in at 188.
Since then, I have lost a total of at least 9 inches. One in each arm, 2 in the bust and from the two waist points. One i call the upper belly. this is the place where my body curves in and the belly that hungs out over my pants if they are two tight. then there is the actual waist where your pants fasten together. I lost 2 inches there. and the lower belly, is actually where i beleive you measure your hips. I think i lost like half an inche there.
So, i am pretty happy
Arms: one inch each (two)
Chest: two inches
Upper Waist: two inch
Actual waist: two inches
Hips: One inch
Total of 9 inches.

But, I just started measuring myself today, so I don't have any results to post yet anyway. But I wanted to check in anyway to make my presence known.
