I just 'invented' this, inspired by fast food restaurants. I took a leftover grilled (can be baked or broiled too, of course) chicken breast (which was seasoned lightly with garlic pepper, and chicken buillion), cut it up, put it on a whole wheat roll, topped it with a very thin slice of cheddar, and put a tiny bit of low fat ranch on top. It was delicious. And it gives you a combination of lean protein, a bit of hunger stabilizing fat, and good carbs.
sound really yummy ? chickien bouillon????? how did you use it?
I just used the powdered form and sprinkled about a teaspoon each over the front and back of each chicken breast. It's so delicious. For the sandwich you don't have to use the buillon on the chicken, I was just using leftover chicken I had made with the buillion. (It's really delicious though, the buillion on the chicken breast, it gives it so much flavor and you forget you're eating 'plain' broiled chicken!!)
