  • I posted this up in the general diet plans area but im afraid it wont get viewed as much there and I wanted you guys to see it if you haven't already~ kim
I wasn't sure where to post this so I hope it get's seen here. I just wanted to share a great website with everyone, im sure alot of you have seen it! and I hope it's okay for me to share it's www.realage.com this is a great site that determines you real age based on your health evaluation try it! I did it a while back before my lifestyle changes and i was 3 years older than my real age now im 4.5 years younger than my real age!! because of the changes i've made! and it gives you tips on how to get younger ect.. check it out it's worth it! ~ Kimberly
  • Yay!! My RealAge is 20.3!! I actually do feel healthier and younger at 23 than when I was 20. It says I sleep too much though! I thought a lot of sleep was healthy for you. What a fun site!
  • I tried this (wow - what a lot of questions!) and it says that I am 7.4 years older than my actual age. That isn't surprising given the amout of weight I need to lose. However I am not eating much more fish (I don't much like it) and I am happy driving 6 - 9 miles over the speed limit.

Thanks for the link - it was definitely interesting!
  • yikes I'm 5.7 years older
  • Yeah isn't that neat? I like how it tells you your age then what you can do to maintain it or if it's high get it lower! I did it long before I started being healthy and just now then i was older now im younger for obvious reasons, But I just thought it was a neat site.
  • Apparently I am 4 years older than I thought I was.
  • My RealAge is 34.2, but I'm really 32.3.

I think we all need to check it again in 90 days to see if that number goes up or down!
  • Yeah! I agree, We should make some sort of goal or something and do everything we can to get the number down or maintain where we are! Im up for that!
  • wow I was surprised!

    Age: 23.6
    RealAge: 17.4

6.2 year difference! I rock! haha
  • Well that was depressing! I gained over 4 years!!

    age: 28.9
    Realage: 33.6

I guess in exercise I can bring down my realage, but yea, I like to drive fast and I drive a LOt...so that doesn't help much. I'd like to bring it down at least two years though!
