Has anyone tried the boca sausage links? They're mighty tasty. A lil pricy just like all Boca products but they're great with my scrambled eggs! Just thought I'd share.

Are these allowed in phase 1? They have wheat gluten, wheat flour, honey, and sugar in them, so I wouldn't have thought so. Or did you mean for phase 2?

Good grief! They should not be allowed on Phase I and could be limited in Phase II. I'll check the ingredients on Yves which is our main Canadian brand of TVP products.

Yes, if they have the ingredients Barb listed, they should not be used. Check ingredients in other brands.
