Those butternut squash fries look great.

I'd have to try and find those tortillas you mentioned. I've had the "low carb" tortillas (La Tortilla Factory) and I couldn't handle the texture.

I hate La Tortilla! Mission are okay. I really like Mama Lupe.

Netrition has $4.95 flat rate shipping. I usually have a grocery list where I order from them once a month and I stock up on this stuff. It's pretty cost comparable to the stores for me. I live in a teeny-tiny town and none of the stores carry this stuff. They delivered the tortillas for me, and they are pretty quick too. I then throw them in the freezer.

Right now I buy the store brand whole wheat tortillas. Luckily they're made from whole wheat flour, but they're 130 calories a piece.
