Im 25 years old, and I recently started a new lifestyle as of January 3rd. I started at 317 lbs and I am now at 302 lbs. I have been successful for almost a month now and feeling really great about it! My husband and I are thinking about starting on vitamins. I was wondering if it is beneficial or a waste of money. If so, what are the best kinds for someone my age to take?

I personally think it is essential to take a multi-vitamin when dieting, I think it's the healthiest way to go....There a good chat about this under the forum topic "Nutrition"...you might want to read what people have said about it...Under the title of "Take a mult-vitamin or not when dieting?"

Multi vitmain is a great one to take no matter if u are dieting or not, and a close second is fish oil in my opinion, but only take 1 or 2 pills at most. The dosage for the latter is usually three but this is only if it was advised by a doctor.
