Okay it's only Tuesday and I feel like I've already messed up. I can 't seem to do well at night. I don't know what to do to get rid of the night time munchies. Drinking water doesn't help. (especially close to bedtime.) Any ideas out there?

Popcorn might fill you up
Also try eating small all day long so that you don't feel like you are without food too long.

They sell those carrot, lemon and chocolate little cakes that are only 1 pt each.
I try those at night when I "need" that extra something.
