Baby steps

  • Okay it's only Tuesday and I feel like I've already messed up. I can 't seem to do well at night. I don't know what to do to get rid of the night time munchies. Drinking water doesn't help. (especially close to bedtime.) Any ideas out there?
  • Popcorn might fill you up Also try eating small all day long so that you don't feel like you are without food too long.
  • They sell those carrot, lemon and chocolate little cakes that are only 1 pt each.
    I try those at night when I "need" that extra something.
