.Well, yesterday was as perfect as I was going to get. I kicked *** at the gym, (ran 2 miles on treadmill then 45 mins of circuit training w/weights) and managed to eat fairly well. Didn't eat badly but ended up with a higher calorie intake than usual. Still 1641 cals wasn't too bad and I burned off around 500 at the gym.
For today:-
Breakfast - Bowl Grape Nuts w/1% milk and raspberries, tea with milk.
Snack - cherry toms and cottage cheese
Lunch - Chicken Salad from Chik-Fil-A, pear, baby carrots
Snack - Apple w/peanut butter
Dinner - Chicken and Biscuits (home made) w/cauliflower
Water - 2 liters
Exercise - Today is rest day after last night, my little legs are sooooo sore! Tonight I will likely exercise my cringe muscles by watching the American Idol auditions whilst consuming delicious chicken and biscuits, mmmmmm!

Her brother says she'll be okay, but what a thing to happen for your last 2 days at a job! In any case, it means I'm not oging out to Famous Dave's (bbq place) for lunch, so I can pick something more sensible from the cafeteria downstairs
But that's so many carbs (yes really - I never really counted the carbs in veggies very seriously!) that my fat is down to 11%
