). It's my own fault - I haven't been fully committed, and whilst I could get away with bad eating at the beginning, that is obviously not the case anymore. I need to face the fact that I am going to have to seriously look at my diet and cut out all the rubbish. I have had a pizza tonight as I was feeling shattered and down, but from tomorrow I will commit to giving it 100% effort for the rest of the month - then I shall see what the scales say.
Except when I fell really hard after going too fast into it. BUT I got new "armor" for my birthday, some funky kind of shock absorbing gell that they make into skating pads. My coach was really concerned when she saw me fall, but I didn't feel a THING!
