I went belly dancing tonigt. what a great workout-has anyone tried it?

Where do you go to belly dance? Is it offered at your local health gym?

Fittv had a belly dancing workout on yesterday....its was soo much fun

thanks i am reading the thread now. We shake and shimmy and feel silly, but it is great fun.It is offered once a week at our local high school as part of community programming. (i live in a very small town) I would highly recommend it, you will find muscels you never knew you had!
